​1. Introduction

​By purchasing from simmoart, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all sales made via simmoart.com & in person.

​2. Products & Descriptions

​Handmade Nature: I make every effort to display the colours and details of my work accurately. However, as screen settings vary, the physical piece may differ slightly from the digital image.

​Originals vs. Prints: Originals are unique, one-off pieces. Prints are high-quality reproductions and may be part of an open or limited edition run.

​3. Pricing & Payment

​Prices are shown in GBP (£).

​VAT: (not currently VAT registered).

​Full payment is required before any item is dispatched or any custom commission work begins.

​4. Shipping & Delivery

​Processing Time: Items will be dispatched within 5 working days unless otherwise agreed.

​Customs: For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any import duties or local taxes.

​Delays: I am not responsible for delays caused by the courier or Royal Mail, but I will assist in tracking lost items where possible.

​5. Returns & Refunds (UK Law)

​Right to Cancel: Under UK Distance Selling rules, you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to change your mind and request a refund.

​Exclusions: This does not apply to custom-made commissions or personalised items, which are non-refundable unless faulty.

​Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

​6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

​Ownership: When you buy a piece of art, you own the physical object. You do not own the copyright.

​Usage: You may not reproduce, scan, or use the artwork for any commercial purpose (e.g., reprinting it on t-shirts or using it for a brand logo) without a separate written licensing agreement from me.

​I (the Artist) reserve the right to produce prints or digital versions of any original work sold, unless a "Buyout" was specifically negotiated.

​7. Custom Commissions

​A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a commission slot.

​The artist retains the right to use images of the finished work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
